Born in Prague
She was first introduced to photography by her father, artist Vaclav Chochola.
1973 entered the Central Industrial School for graphic and applied arts and photography.
1973-1976 on editorial staff of Czech magazine “Svet v obrazech” (World in Pictures)
1975-1980 studied at FAMU (Academy of Fine Arts in Prague) in the department of art photography with Professor Jan Smok, graduating in 1981
1977-1980 development of her interest in fashion and advertising photography while photographing for the Kotva department store in Prague
