Zdenko Feyfar
Czech, 1913-2001
- Born in Jilemnice
- Attended secondary school in Jilemnice, learned love of photography from his father
- Medical student in Prague from 1933 until 1939 when occupying Nazis closed schools
- On recommendation from Professor Jaromir Funke, he studied photography at the State School of Graphic Arts in Prague, finished in 1943, where he became photography professor after the war until 1951 when he became a freelancer in Prague
- Became member of the Federation of Czechoslovak Artists in 1949
